Mary Spears

Mary Spears is well known for her impressionistic Hawaiian landscapes and floral paintings. A reflection
of her love for the tropics, her work is bold and enthusiastic like the subjects she portrays. Her newest
work uses hand-painted papers to create “painterly” collages. In addition, she works in oils, watercolors
and a variety of printmaking techniques. Mary’s work has been featured in numerous shows in Hawai‘i.
